I mostly want to loose the tummy I know I had a baby 6 weeks ago but I'm ready for it to go away

So to help with my weight I switch my skipping breakfast with Total which also helps with my vitamins and minerals .Tuna for lunch and dinner is usually up in the air but i usually come in under 1600 calories I want to cut down on sugar but I am literally a sweet tooth we will see how i will look on my anniversary I will post before and after pics then

ReplyDeleteK - I need the same thing. And, I have the SAME problem. Sweet tooth. Part of my problem is I buy the sweets. If I didn't buy them, they wouldn't be in the house to eat. DUH!!! I want to lose at least 40lbs, 50 would be nice. I can't do the gym thing right now, but we can talk about diets, and keep each other going. Motivate, motivate, motivate.
