Weight loss

I joined a gym today because it was close to school and since I'm taking summer classes I can go right afterwards. It  was the a very sponteneous purchase. I have made many of these types of purchases but is this a good one is there a such thing? My anniversary is  three weeks away I'm actually focused on losing weight and looking marvelous for that date and oh yeah I'm going to miami in 4weeks so maybe that plays a part also:)

I mostly want to loose the tummy I know I had a baby 6 weeks ago but I'm ready for it to go away

So to help with my weight I switch my skipping breakfast with Total which also helps with my vitamins and minerals .Tuna for lunch and dinner is usually up in the air but i usually come in under 1600 calories I want to cut down on sugar but I am literally a sweet tooth  we will see how i will look on my anniversary I will post before and after pics then

  2. K - I need the same thing. And, I have the SAME problem. Sweet tooth. Part of my problem is I buy the sweets. If I didn't buy them, they wouldn't be in the house to eat. DUH!!! I want to lose at least 40lbs, 50 would be nice. I can't do the gym thing right now, but we can talk about diets, and keep each other going. Motivate, motivate, motivate.

    @Whitney If i dont find them for some reason I find the ingredients to make them :)ie;brown sugar,butter flour ,vanilla I dont know why i have this stuff just lying around Ok I need the motivation
